Logging In

Tap the “Get Started” button. On the next screen, select to scan your prescription barcode or type any of your active prescription numbers.

Scroll to enter your birth month, day, and year and tap the “next” button.

Notifications

The Carvajal LTC mobile app offers two ways to send notifications for important updates about your prescriptions.

In-App Notifications
In-app notifications will appear as highlighted icons when you open the app. You will only see these notifications when you are using the mobile app. You may also be notified of these notifications if you have notifications for the Carvajal Mobile App turned on in your phone’s settings.

Text Message Notifications
When logging in, you can opt-in to text message notifications. You can also update your preferences by tapping on the profile icon in the top right of the screen. Text notifications will include notices about the progress of your orders such as when orders are ready for payment, shipping and delivery notifications.

Refilling a Prescription

You can find your prescriptions that are ready for refill by selecting the “refill” tab at the top of your prescription list or by scrolling down your prescription list. Prescriptions ready for refill are easily identified by a blue “Refill” button appearing next to it.

Tap the “Refill” button, then on the next screen, tap the “next” button to select your preferred delivery method.

Making a Payment

You will be notified via in-app or text message notifications when your order is ready for payment. When you log in to the app, you will see a yellow notification icon on the “orders” tab at the top of the prescription list.

Scroll down your prescription list until you find your prescription with the “payment due” notification and button. Tap the button to add the prescription to your cart. If there are other prescriptions ready for payment, you will see them listed on this screen and can add them here. When finished, tap the “check out” button at the bottom of your screen. Select your payment method to complete your transaction.

Check Order Status & Tracking

Checking your order status is easy. As you scroll down your prescription list, you will see the status in blue for each prescription. Tap the prescription you would like more information about. The next screen will give more details and a progress bar at the bottom of the screen. You can even select to change your delivery method by calling the pharmacy.

If you selected the “shipping” or “courier delivery” method when ordering your prescription, you can track the delivery method after it has shipped. Tapping the “track delivery” button will provide the tracking information for further detail.
